Now I am going to warn you about an Agency that has become just as greedy as the Oil Companies, and they are also price gouging the people, and through commercial they are able to lie, telling you how easy is to buy your own home. And that is the Real estate Agency, you and I know that is so hard in this country to make a good living, those days are gone, and what has surface is con, scam, and rip-off- artists, like the Real estate agencies, Mortgage Companies, Banks, and lending houses, and they are all-out to get a chunk of your hard earned money, and for the rest of your life you will be paying them Off. Let me tell you how their con and scams works, first you see en add in the paper that they have this great house to sell, the price is just right for first time buyer. Before you know it they are showing you a different house because the one you had your eyes on is no longer available, so now they try to talk you into buying one that is more expensive, oh! Let’s not forget that they going to get you the mortgage too, that’s where they make the big money, its not enough that they are also charging you money for finding you the house. Let me also tell you how ugly this is in California, a house that is worth no more than $400,000.00, can easily be yours for a million dollars. That makes it, that only rich people can own a home, Middle and poor class cannot own one. $300,000.00 is way to high in today market. We can’t forget condos, the supposed alternative to buying a home, they are now coming up with there own tricks like “land lease” so you will never really own the property, on those terms your really renting the apartment at interest. Only a fool can fall for such a dirty tricks. Whatever else you are told is bunch of lies, they are going to make it easy for you to get the house you want, but you are going to improve the value of that house, and during that time you are paying the mortgage with hidden charges, for sure you are going to go into foreclosure and they know it, that is how loans institutions windup owning real estate property on your expense and hope. This scam is being advertised on newspapers and television; they are also making big money with phony lecture tours, and selling their CD. On how to buy real estate property with no money down, also having people that work for them, telling you that because they took the course they have become rich and care free, all bunch of BS. Some of these lecture speakers did make it through real estate, but they were born with a golden spoon in their mouth, and others made it when real estate agency and mortgage lenders were not as filthy greedy as they are now! The real estate agency with their greediness are telling home owner that they can make them rich by selling their house to a desperate fool for much more money than is worth, but leaving out the Capital gain tax the IRS is going to charge the home owner, and is not going to be cheap because the IRS is going to think the home owner been holding out on them about the value of their house, this is the mess real estate agencies gets home owners into in the name of greed, “and let’s not for get” making it hard for ordinary people to buy a house in the future. I am praying that home owners of America wise up and send these greedy real estate agencies to hell, and start thinking of their children, by giving them a chance to be able to buy their own home, because the way is going greed is destroying their chance to have anything or own their home. Homeowners are the only one that can save us from these greedy Agencies by having nothing to do with them, and selling it on their own, because you are not only going to save more money, but you are giving the same chance you wanted when you bought your first house. Why make these greedy Agencies rich on your expense and on the expense of the buyer, by making it hard for your own children to buy one in the future IT IS TIME TO PUT A STOP TO GREEDINESS. Or there will be no future.

“For being greedy” they coming up with other way to screw you, by going after home owners that have their house fully paid and telling them to refinance. That’s another way of saying leave your equities to us, and they are cowards because they like to target senior citizens. Now let me tell you why these greedy agencies and mortgage lenders are not selling houses like before, they play the foreclosure game. What the banks and lending intuitions have is like an auto auction; they have their people in there trying to out bid you, so you would buy it for a higher price. “Greed is coming into play, got it?” Lets not forget foreclosure properties are not cheap like they have you believe, the cheaper the house the higher the property tax is and the higher your mortgage interest is going to be. And some of those homes are where there are no good paying jobs and hotly no people close by. You can also say that companies going wild for profits, but they are stupid because is a way to bring America down. Also what is crazy these CEO, Are trying to make lots of money for their old investors who think they going to live forever, take some politicians they are nothing but old people trying to make another fast million and they are trying to make the same amount of money that the CEO of Oil companies are making. So they work for lobbyist in the name of greed and leaving this world worst than when they got into politics, all in the name of greed, the Oil companies, the real-estate agencies and mortgage lenders feel that they can push the middle class and the poor people around, is time to push back by not buying, hit them where it hurt. Greedy rich people think that stealing is finding the fountain youth, what they will find is nothing but worries. IT IS TIME TO PUT A STOP TO GREEDINESS.
 

CORPORATIONS GOING PROFIT WILD

Another Corporation addicted to Greed is the automobile manufacture and cars Dealer ship. Here is how their rip off and scams, with the approve by of course, Corrupt politician. What their Commercial are not showing is how cheap they are making their cars, the body of the cars are thin, just by pushing it with your hands it bands, there are made like paper cups. And American Auto manufacture is making other country to do the same, so they wouldn’t be oversold. One country domination base on Greed!

The parts are made to last for a short year, by making it cheaper and costing you more.

They are also making sure that it will be hard for you to fix it or make repair yourself.

And making it difficult for repair shop to work on the cars so they can charge more for the extra work, just because the manufacture made it hard, to get to the part that has to be change. And when you go to their dealer they charge like you buying a use car, just for the parts along, let not forget that they are making every thing digital, and behind your back is made to go off after a short year, so you have to get it to their dealer, so they can add up repair that is not necessary, Is call stealing your hard earned money the Corporation way? Only fools are taking their cars to dealership for repair, and who are the once being targeted? you guess it! Seniors. They don’t change this ugly practice, they add to it. Greed the worst Drug, it kills, minds, soul, and country.

SMOG TEST ONLY CENTER

Smog (Test Only Center) that knows how to play this dirty game.

Some people told me it was done to them. They pick on old people and women.

If the Smog Test Only Center is near or next to en- Auto repair shop, don’t have him do. Your Smog test, because 95% of the time you going to fail your inspection, and he is Going to tell you that your car needs fixing, and all he is doing is giving the repair shop Next to him, which are his buddies some business, and make some % percentage out of it. He is going to rip you off after he have charge you for the test, that wasn’t enough, he is a Greedy bastard. This dirty game is going on by Smog Test Only Center, I am not saying that they all are bad, but I had this Experience in Smog Test shop, there are also some good Test Centers, but they are hard to find.
 
All is not lost, there is a way to protect yourself, go first to a station that has the same Test machine that Smog Test only Station has, don’t let them tell you that they are the Only one that has that machine, that is far from the truth, hold the copy of the Diagnostic test the first repair shop gave you, he is going to say that you should pass, And he is right! Don’t let the Smog Test Only Station know that you had it check- out, catch Him in his dirty greedy game, if he tells you that he ran your car through the machine and It shows you didn’t pass, that’s because he did something to your car, or to the machine so you would fail, crooks don’t like you to watch what they are doing, now, call the police Show him the copy that proved, that your car should have pass the inspection, let the Officer know there are repair shop that has the same machine, the only they thing is that they are Not license to do the paperwork, that part was a politician invention to create job and Bring headache. Is time to start suing this Smog Test Only Stations This dirty game is? Happening too much in California is time to put a Stop to it.
